What we do

Aircraft Transactions

Having extensively advised Boeing and Airbus, as well as major lessors such as AerCap and ILFC, our lead counsel is ideally placed to provide a one-stop solution for every legal need in aviation. The Firm also handles negotiation, drafting and finalisation of deals on behalf of lessee airlines. Experience on both sides of the aisle means our clients receive in-depth guidance on the relevant legal regime in Pakistan.
